Normyay use automatic high-tech CNC spring coiling and wire forming machines to manufacture compression, extension, torsion springs, clips, wire forms and custom-made steel parts, which meet quality standards of the customer. The company supplies its products to all industry sectors.

Product Development

Normyay offers its customers full package of services – from the initial design and manufacturing to providing consistent technical support within the service life of a product. Before being put into production, every item is subjected to various tests and checks in order to eliminate any design flaws and achieve maximum performance and lifespan in specified area. During development phase the prototype or the sample of a new product is sent to the customer for the feedback. Therefore it is possible to manufacture the product which will fully satisfy customer’s requirements.

Production

Normyay put high value on quality policy. Only high-quality materials are used in the production. The choice of the material depends on product application. Normyay possess high-tech machines and spacious factory shop, constantly upgrading its equipment and increasing its production capacity,

Quality Policy

Normyay puts its each product to various checks and tests for defects before shipping it to the customer. During manufacturing stage intermediate control is done via gauges and levels. Normyay operates in accordance with quality standards, as well as environmental and job safety regulations, putting high value on these matters. The company has ISO 9001/2015 Certification for Quality Management, received in 2010.
